Markham, ON., May 30, 2012– NutraLab Canada has been prestigiously nominated as one of Canada’s Top 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures this year. This awards program is conducted annually by Waterstone Human Capital. Currently, this national program is in its eighth year, and it further continues to recognize the best-in-class Canadian organizations for carrying on a culture which has aided them to augment performance and maintain a competitive advantage.

Waterstone Human Capital is one of Canada’s fastest growing and leading retained executive search firms. They share practices with their clients to help them recruit unique people to fit their client’s specialized cultures, conduct cultural assessments, and build great organizations.

The awards season for Canada’s Top 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures begins in the spring, and the nominated organizations are notified in April 2012. Once nominated, Waterstone Human Capital approaches the organization and requests them to make a detailed submission to the program. This detailed submission is based on five criteria: vision and leadership, cultural alignment, measurement and sustainability, rewards, recognition, and innovative business achievement, corporate performance, and corporate social responsibility respectively. Furthermore, following the interview process, the winning organizations are notified in November 2012.

NutraLab Canada has been gifted with the privilege of joining the nominations for the Top 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures. Moreover, NutraLab Canada confidently looks forward to the announcement of the winning organizations in November, as it consistently strives for success.

NutraLab would like to recognize its entire staff for their continual hard work, initiative, determination, and strict adherence to GMP standards.
